Paint Chemicals

It is a process by which the dyeing process ensures that the fabric or yarn is realized in the appropriate pH range with December dyestuffs dispersed with appropriate dyestuffs with different textile aid chemicals (such as wetting agent, alkali, salt). (VesPers, VesCarrier , VesAlkali, VesAsit , VesWash , VesFix, ) All the steps starting with color analysis in the laboratory and ending with painting are managed by our expert engineers and R&Dec specialists in a computer environment. Under our textile auxiliary chemical brands (VesPers, VesCarrier, VesAlkali, VesAcit, VesWah, VesFix), we ensure that it is performed at appropriate pH values with our suitable chemicals that provide ease of use with high precision.

Printing Chemicals Printing is a regional coloring process performed to obtain the desired patterns on the fabric. The main printing systems most intensively used today have been diversified into reactive, pigment, disperse, etching, desired quality and appearance differences. Brief Information About Paint Chemicals

They are the chemical substances that make up the volatile part of the paint. They are liquids that are used during the production and application phase of the paint (for ease of application), thinning without changing the properties of the paint. They are Toluene, Xylene, White sprit, Acetone, Water, Gasoline and Thinner.

These are pigment, binders (binder, resin, alkyd, synthetic resin, etc.), filling materials (Talc, barite, kaolin, calcite, etc.), other additives and solvents (organic solvents, water, etc. )is. Pigments: Pigments are organic or inorganic chemicals that give the color property to paint.

A liquid or powder product applied to the surface in thin layers containing pigments that protect the surface and give a decorative appearance or form a covering layer is called a “paint”. The chemical substances contained in paints can be divided into 4 main groups: binders, solvents, pigment and fillers, additives.
